The Congregation
Brief
As part of my capstone class, ADV 486 Integrated Campaigns at MSU, I had the exciting opportunity to contribute to the rebranding project for The Congregation, a Detroit based hybrid coffee shop-bar. The primary goal was to deliver valuable insights to the client and formulate an impactful advertising campaign to elevate their business. Our strategic focus encompassed enhancing their social media presence, refining their brand identity, and devising an all-encompassing marketing strategy.
Solution
Engaging in collaboration within a 6-member team, my primary responsibility revolved around the creative aspects of the project. Alongside my teammates, we conducted thorough research on the Detroit area and analyzed the target demographics of The Congregation's audience. Building upon our research findings, we developed a comprehensive presentation deck that included an evaluation of their existing social media strategy, recommendations for improvement, and a revitalized brand identity featuring a new mission statement, logo, typography, and color palette. This multi-faceted approach aimed to provide The Congregation with a fresh and cohesive brand image to resonate with their audience and invigorate their presence in the market.
